Wind Hurst is a year around home with a cottage feel, located on the boardwalk in historic Highland Park, Grand Haven. It is a short walk to the state park, pier and downtown Grand Haven. The home is perched atop a sand dune offering panoramic views of Lake Michigan. The setting is serene with private decks, a forest reserve in back and Lake Michigan in the front with a boardwalk to the beach.
The home has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles and 1 twin with two beds) and 2 baths sleeping 8 comfortably. The home was recently painted and refurbished. It has direct access off Grand Avenue to a private parking lot. There is phone, Cable TV/DVD, laundry, linens and a fully updated kitchen. The spacious living room with large picture windows offers a beautiful surrounding view of Lake Michigan.
Available year round with special off season rates and multiple week package plans. Summer rentals: $2,200 per week in June, $2,400 per week in July, 2,800, week in August and $3,400 per week June 28th and July 26th. Single family rental. No smoking or pets.
